Let’s take a closer look at the journey our clients undergo, from pre-op tests to post-operative care, ensuring a seamless experience every step of the way.

Step 1. Pre-Operative Testing

Before the surgery, our patients undergo a series of pre-op tests to ensure they are in optimal health for the procedure. In case of our Pelvic Plasty surgery, the pre-op tests typically include X-rays, blood test, urine tests, electrocardiograms(ECG), CT scans and pulmonary function tests (PFT).

These test results provide valuable insights for your surgeon and the medical team and help ensure the safety and success of the surgery.

Step 2. Consultation and Consent 📄

After pre-operative tests, patients visit the consultation room to finalize paper work and sign surgical consent forms. 

Step 3. Meeting with your surgeon 👨🏼‍⚕️

Next, patients meet with their surgeon in the doctor's office for a detailed consultation.

During this meeting, the surgeon will explain all the important aspects of the surgery, including risks, benefits and post-operative care instructions. Patients are encouraged to ask any questions or voice concerns they may have.

Step 3. The surgery & Recovery 💉🛌

With all preparations complete, the patient return to their room to await for the surgical staff to come and escort them to the surgery room. 

Each surgical team at our partner hospitals always strive to ensure that each patient is comfortable and well-informed, providing reassurance and support as they prepare for the procedure ahead.

Following surgery, patients typically spend 2-3 days recovering at the hospital under the attentive care of medical professionals. 

Your surgeon will come visit you in the room during daily rounds to check on you.

While experienced medical team at the hospital offer immediate attention and assistance whenever you need them, our team will also remain accessible for communication 24/7 while you are in the hospital to offer assistance and guidance as needed to facilitate a smooth and stress-free recovery process.

Step 4. Return Home Journey 🚖✈️

Once discharged from the hospital, patients begin their journey back home. 

To ensure a safe and comfortable transition, Curva Connect will arrange transportation to the airport.
